Things worth knowing before you write
There is no account, and your data lives on your device
Looksmax has no login and no server. Your habits, missions, progress, streak and purchases are stored on your device and nowhere else. That has one consequence we would rather state plainly: if you delete the app or change device, that progress does not come back, and we cannot restore it for you because we never had a copy.
My streak broke and I think it shouldn't have
Streaks count calendar days, not 24-hour windows, using your device's time zone. A mission finished just before midnight and the next one just after counts as two days. A day with no completed mission or routine breaks the streak, but your best record is kept.
A mission expired while the app was closed
That is intended. The deadline keeps running when the app is in the background or closed, so a mission cannot be rescued by force-quitting. You do not lose your balance when a mission expires.
I want to change my advertising choice
Open Profile and tap "Ad privacy" to reopen the consent form. That row appears where the form applies. On iOS you can also change tracking at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining only makes the ads less relevant; nothing in the app gets locked.
I want to delete everything
Deleting the app from the Home Screen, or from Settings → General → iPhone Storage, removes all of it. There is also a reset inside the app under Profile. If you have written to us by email and want that message deleted, ask and we will delete it.
The app is in the wrong language
Looksmax follows your device language the first time it opens and then remembers what you pick. You can change it from Profile.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your device. If you declined the permission, everything else keeps working; you just get no reminders. You can grant it later in Settings → Notifications → Looksmax.
