These terms apply to the Chinese Medicine mobile application, published on the stores as Traditional Chinese Medicine and provided by Lanchas Dev. Contact: lanchasdev@gmail.com

Acceptance of these terms

By using the app you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, you may use the app only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Subscriptions and payment

Premium is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged by Apple or Google to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase: we never charge you and we never see your payment details. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that date. The price and length of each plan are shown before you buy, and you can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your store account settings.

One-time purchase

Besides the subscriptions, Premium can also be bought outright with a single payment that neither renews nor expires. It gives you the Premium features with no further charges. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the app: you keep access for as long as the app remains published and operational, which is not a guarantee that any service can never be discontinued.

Free trial

The annual plan may include a free trial. When one is offered, its exact length and conditions are shown at the time of purchase and those are the ones that apply. Cancel before it ends and you are charged nothing. If you buy a subscription while the trial is running, any unused part of the trial is forfeited: that is the stores' rule and it is not ours to change.

Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, who are the ones selling to you and charging you: we can neither grant nor refuse them, though we will help you send your request to the right place. If you are buying from the European Union, consumer law may give you a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content; you exercise that right with the store, and nothing in these terms limits it.

Licence to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices, for personal and non-commercial use only. The content of the app belongs to Lanchas Dev or its licensors, except for material carrying an external attribution.

Your content

The notes, plans, answers and favourites you create are yours. We claim no rights over them and use them for nothing beyond running the app on your device and, if you create an account, syncing them across your own devices. You are responsible for what you write. The app is a study tool, not a medical record: please do not use it to store other people's health data.

Accuracy of the educational content

We work to keep the content accurate, but traditional Chinese medicine is a broad and evolving field. The app should not be your only source for decisions about your health; always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Warranties and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those imposed by law. We are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the app, including health decisions anyone makes on the basis of its educational content. None of the above excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded, such as wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to life or physical integrity; if you live in the European Union, your rights as a consumer remain untouched.

Changes and termination

We may change the app or these terms. Every change is reflected in the update date at the top of this text, and continued use after a material change means you accept it. You can delete your account at any time from Profile; that does not cancel an active subscription, which is managed from the store. We may suspend access for anyone who uses the app to damage it or to harm other people.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection law in your country of residence may give you.
