This Privacy Policy applies to the Bizarre Pose Camera mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Lanchas Dev (the "Service Provider"). Contact: lanchasdev@gmail.com

The Application uses the camera, so it deserves the plainest possible statement: your camera feed and your photos never leave your device, and we never see them. There is no upload, no server of ours, no account and no advertising. The rest of this policy explains how that is true rather than merely asserted.

1. How the camera is used

The Application asks for camera permission the first time you open the pose feature. Declining it means the pose feature cannot work; everything else in the Application still does.

While the camera is on, the video is analysed on your device, frame by frame, by a pose-detection model running inside the Application. What comes out of that analysis is a set of body keypoints — coordinates such as "left elbow is here" — which the Application compares against the pose you are attempting in order to score it. The frames themselves are discarded as they are processed.

When you take a shot, the resulting photo is held on your device. It is not uploaded, and it is not written to your photo library unless you choose to save or share it. If you tap share, your device's own share sheet opens and you decide where the photo goes; from that point it is in the hands of whatever app or service you sent it to.

The Application does not use the microphone and does not record audio or video.

2. Network activity

The Application has no server, no account system, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no crash reporting. It makes exactly two kinds of request, both of them to fetch the pose-detection machinery itself, never to send anything:

• The pose-detection library is loaded from the public jsDelivr CDN.
• The pose model's weights are downloaded from Google's file hosting, under Google's privacy policy.

Those requests carry what any file download carries — your IP address and a user agent — and are indistinguishable from the same file being downloaded by anyone else. No image, no video frame, no keypoint and no pose score is ever included in them. Nothing about you, your body or your photos is transmitted.

3. What the Application stores, and where

Your scores, unlocked challenges, streaks and settings are written to your device's own storage and stay there. Photos you keep stay wherever you saved them. There is no cloud save and we hold no copy. Deleting the Application deletes what it stored.

4. Third parties

Only the two file hosts named in section 2, and only to download software. Apple and Google know that you downloaded the Application, as they do for every app you install, under Apple's and Google's own privacy policies. We receive nothing from them beyond aggregate download and crash statistics that identify nobody.

We do not sell data. We have none to sell.

5. Biometrics — and why this is not that

Pose detection locates the joints of a body in a picture. It does not recognise faces, it does not build a template that could identify you among other people, and it is not used to verify who you are. No biometric identifier is created, stored or shared. The keypoints exist for a fraction of a second, on your device, to give a pose a score.

6. Data retention and deletion

• We retain nothing, because we receive nothing.
• Delete everything on Android: Settings → Apps → Bizarre Pose Camera → Storage → Clear data.
• Delete everything on iOS: delete the Application from the Home Screen or from Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
• Revoke the camera: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera on iOS, or Settings → Apps → Bizarre Pose Camera → Permissions on Android.
• Photos you already saved are yours and live in your photo library; delete them there.
• Support emails. If you write to us, your message and address are kept for at most 6 months, unless a legal obligation requires longer.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

In practice there is nothing here to exercise them against: we hold no data about you, so there is no record for us to show you, correct or erase. Everything the Application knows is on your device, and deleting the Application deletes it. We say this plainly rather than reciting rights we have no data to honour.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the Application collects nothing, there is nothing about a child to collect. If a parent or guardian still has a concern, write to lanchasdev@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy — most likely because the Application starts doing something new. Changes take effect when the revised version is posted, with a new "Last updated" date. If a future version ever begins collecting data, this page will say so before that version reaches you.
